Industrial condominiums under development at TRIC

E.J. Mahoney Construction Company has started site work on a 40,000-square-foot industrial condominium project at Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.

The project, known as Peru Pointe on a three-acre parcel, will include 40 condominium spaces, each of 1,000 square feet, that users can combine to meet their needs, said Ed Mahoney, owner of the construction company. Each 20-foot by 50-foot bay will include a 12-foot by 14-foot rollup door.

Developed by 16 individual investors operating as Reno-based Peru Point LLC, the project is the first industrial condominium at TRIC.

It's next to a public services facility under construction for Storey County at the industrial center.
