Kathleen Kennedy has been named vice president and business development officer in Plumas Bank's commercial real estate loan office in Reno.
Laura Carson has joined the office as lending assistant and office manager.
Kennedy, who has 13 years experience in banking, previously worked as a vice president and relationship manager at Nevada State Bank.
Carson previously worked as a lending assistant for First Independent Bank.
