Pat Schweigert, Brad Spires

Northern Nevada Realtors Pat Schweigert and Brad Spires have been recognized by the Nevada Association of Realtors.

Schweigert, a broker/owner with ERA Realty Central in Sparks and a member of the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors, won the association's Distinguished Service Award.

A Realtor for more than 30 years, Schweigert has held numerous leadership positions in real estate industry organizations and has advised federal and state regulators on real estate issues.

Spires, a longtime Douglas County real estate agent who is affiliated with ReMax Realty Associates, received the association's Realtor Active in Politics Award.

He has been chair of the Nevada Association of Realtors Legislative Political Action Committee and has worked on Douglas County political issues.
