Nancy Pearl, a communications consultant in Reno, and KCJ Creative of Reno have been recognized by the American Public Transportation Association for their work to re-brand the transit service in Bowling Green, Ky.
Pearl and KCJ developed new signage, advertising and route schedules as part of the re-branding.
