Urban experts to review Carson plan

Carson City's downtown development efforts are the focus of a project analysis session by the Urban Land Institute.

The institute will look at highest and best use potential for the city's blighted areas at its annual meeting this week in Las Vegas.

The institute's professionals will offer their insight, especially in terms of outlining financing programs, says Carson City Manager Linda Ritter.
