Anchor Concrete of Sparks won a $1.1 million contract last week from the City of Sparks to beautify sidewalks and install lighting and landscaping on Victorian Boulevard between Rock Boulevard and 21st St.
Work, expected to begin this month, is scheduled for completion in six months.
