An employee stock ownership plan now owns 100 percent of Sparks-based D&D Roofing and Sheet Metal.
The ESOP, which was launched six years ago, is open to employees after they've worked for the company one year. They're fully vested after seven years.
About 150 of the company's 225 employees participate in the ESOP, said President Ken Dillon.
