Cindy Welch, an agent for Allstate Insurance in Reno, has been recognized with the company's "Agency Hands in the Community" award for her volunteerism.
The award comes with a $500 grant from The Allstate Foundation for Reno Community Assistance Center, where Welch volunteers.
