Jacqueline Melzer has been promoted to floral manager of the Moana Nursery garden center.
Melzer joined the company in March as a floral designer.
Before joining Moana Nursery, Melzer owned and managed Paradise Flowers and Gifts and Paradise Flowers and Events in Sparks.
