Jerold Stegeman has joined Western Nevada College as the instructor for its new bachelor's degree program in construction management.
Stegeman previously was an assistant professor in the University of Nebraska construction management program. He also has taught at Louisiana Tech and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned a master's degree and a doctorate in civil and environmental engineering.
His experience includes work as an engineer for the cities of North Las Vegas, Ely and Thornton, Colo.
He completed his undergraduate work in engineering at Colorado State University.
