San Francisco-based Union Property Capital has completed construction of a 500,000-square-foot industrial building that is the first of four planned on the company's 108-acre site at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.
The company is seeking tenants for the building that can be expanded to 800,000 square feet.
The four warehouses the company plans at Tahoe Reno Industrial, Center will total 1.1 million square feet of space.
