Ruth's Chris Steakhouse will open a company-owned restaurant in downtown Reno. RCSH Operations Inc, operators of the steakhouse chain, have signed a 10-year lease with DRW Montage Retail LLC.
The restaurant will occupy 10,523-square-feet on the ground floor of the Montage Reno project, under construction at 155 W. 2nd St.
The chain was founded in 1965 and operates 119 restaurants worldwide.
Frank Gallagher and Jennifer Johnson of Commercial Partners of Nevada represented DRW Montage Reno LLC in the lease.
