Charles Tyler Clay of Reno was installed as the 2008-2009 president of FIABCI-USA, an international real estate federation with members in 65 countries.
Clay, a broker and manger with Coldwell Banker Commercial Plummer & Associates, has been a member of the federation for six years and previously was elected as a director and treasurer of the group.
