El Pollo Loco opened a franchised restaurant at 1923 Highway 50 East in Carson City. It employs 50 and seats 85.
It's the fourth restaurant for franchise owner Mohammed Sattar, president of Superior Food Services, Inc., which also operates El Pollo Loco locations in Reno and Sacramento.
