Granite Construction will begin construction on June 2 on a concrete lid over 2.8 acres of the ReTRAC project in downtown Reno. The lid will cover the train trench from West to Virginia streets.
The $8 million project is scheduled for completion in December. It will allow development of 32,400 square feet of retail and entertainment space above the trench.
