RR Donnelley building acquired

The North Valleys industrial building that's home to the Reno operations of RR Donnelley has been sold for $9.59 million.

The building was sold by Columbus Nova, an investment firm with about $2 billion under management nationwide, to a private investor in Utah. Aiman Noursoultanova of CB Richard Ellis in Reno represented the seller.

RR Donnelley, a major printer, is the sole occupant of the 148,319-square-foot building at 365 Parr Blvd. The building, which sits on 9.3 acres, was built in 1988.
