Urology clinic readies its third location

Urology Nevada will open its third location in Reno late this year, adding its own radiation therapy center.

The medical practice leased about 6,300 square feet at 10745 Double R Blvd. from Tanamera Commercial Development. The space is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in mid-November, said Timothy Garcia-Jay, chief executive officer of Urology Nevada.

He said about eight to 10 employees will work at the new facility.

Urology Nevada currently operates centers at 1500 E. Second St. and 699-A Sierra Rose Drive in Reno. NNBW staff
