Q&D Construction of Sparks has completed construction of a pipeline that restores water flow around a stretch of Truckee Meadows Water Authority flume that was damaged in an earthquake April 25.
The project, which delivers 30 million gallons of water a day to the Chalk Bluff water treatment plant, was completed within its $780,235 budget.
