Jennifer McQueary, director of catering, was named manager of the year at Silver Legacy Resort, and Hortencia Madrazo, a human resources representative, was recognized as team member of the year. Each will receive a $10,000 prize.
Other employees who were recognized and awarded $2,500 each were Jason Parker, a limousine driver; George Jamieson, a bartender; Shawn McCain, a security officer and Sandra Ward, a high-limit dealer.
