The Nevada State Contractors Board has revoked the licenses of Spracklin Construction of Sparks and Air Tech Heating & Air Conditioning, a division of Spracklin.
The board said the companies failed to pay for materials or services, failed to keep a bond in force and participated in acts that are prohibited by the contractors board. The companies also were fined $4,000 and told to make restitution to damaged customers.
In a second disciplinary matter, All Sierra Electrical LLC of Carson City was fined $500 and told to reimburse $245 to a homeowner. The board said the company failed to comply with the terms of a construction contract and failed to comply with an order to correct the problems.
