CPA firm expands into Reno

Bunning Bowman Ridley and Smith, a certified public accounting firm headquartered in Citrus Heights, Calif. has opened a Reno office.

The firm, which was founded in Wyoming in 1957 before moving its headquarters to the Sacramento area, offers business services, including preparation of financial statements, business and personal tax planning, business valuations, as well as business consulting services such as mergers and acquisitions, forecasting, budgeting, mediation and dispute resolution, and wealth management.

Bunning Bowman Ridley and Smith employs three in its Reno office, but the company expects to ramp up to eight to 12 once it establishes a market for its services. It occupies a 2,200-square-foot space at 6121 Lakeside Drive.
