Stormo Investments of Reno has begun work on a 14,000-square-foot industrial building at Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, the first building in the company's Denmark Business Park.
The building is on a 26-acre parcel at Denmark Drive and USA Parkway. The company plans to create 15 lots on the property.
The business park is the third project at Tahoe Reno Industrial Center for Stormo Investments, which previously developed a building it sold to a trucking company and a second building that it sold to a custom steel company.
