Dana Abney of Reno has joined CE Prime, the civil engineering division of MC Consultants Inc.
Abney, a specialist in rights of way, has more than 20 years experience in public-sector and private utilities work.
She earned a bachelor's degree in geography, English and psychology from Southwest Texas State University and earned two associates degrees from Sierra College in civil engineering technology and surveying.
