DP?Partners of Reno said last week it's acquired nearly 20 acres of land in North Las Vegas and plans to develop 408,750 square feet of industrial space in three buildings.
BGJ Architecture + Engineering of Reno will design the buildings, and United?Construction Co. of Reno will be the general contractor. The project is valued at $37 million.
The three buildings will be constructed simultaneously.
DP Partners purchased the property, which included completed infrastructure, from Jackson-Shaw/Northeast Crossing Limited Partnership of Dallas.
