DP Partners, a member of the Reno-based development company Dermody Properties, said last week it signed a long-term lease for 58,864 square feet in a DP Partners project in Portland, Ore.
The space was leased to Samuel, Son & Co., a metals processor and distributor headquartered at Toronto.
