Tim Crowley has been named president of the Nevada Mining Association, succeeding Mark Amodei, who resigned.
Crowley previously worked as a found partner of the Griffin Crowley Group, a statewide public outreach and government affairs firm. He served as the Nevada Mining Association's director of government affairs and community relations between 1998 and 2002.
He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.
