Sceptre Mortgage LLC of Reno has entered a partnership with InterBay Funding LLC, a division of BayView Financial Holdings LP of Coral Gables, Fla.
Sceptre Mortgage, owned by Bruce Specter, will market InterBay's commercial mortgage product to small and medium-sized businesses, and InterBay will provide marketing and operational support to the Reno company.
