Spanish Springs project completed

Construction has been completed on the first phase of the Spanish Springs Industrial Center in the Spanish Springs Business Center on Pyramid Highway.

The project developed as a joint venture between Gus Provost and Tim Scully of Scully Steel Construction Co, includes two light-industrial buildings with 10 individual units for lease. Units range from 2,300 square feet of 2,633 square feet, and each includes office and warehouse space.

Scully Steel was the general contractor on the project, which is marketed by the industrial group of Colliers International.

Future phases of the project are expected to include a wider range of unit sizes and build-to-suit development.
