Dickson Commercial team creates new brokerage firm

Fennell & Associates, a commercial real estate company, has been launched in Reno by brokers who previously worked as Dickson Commercial Group.

Veteran brokers Harvey Fennell, Fred Miller, Ron Boles, Tom Young, Ken Focht, and Tom Eberle lead the team.

Also working with the company are Greg Evangelatos, Aaron Smith, and Cathy Shanks.

Fennell serves as president of the company, while Miller works as its managing broker.

Fennell & Associates handles transactions in industrial, investment office, retail, and multi-family properties as well as land acquisition and residential and commercial development.
