Noel Laughlin and Todd Brabbin have joined the staff of Jeff Codega Planning/Design, Inc in Reno.
Laughlin joined the firm as a vice president. A professional civil engineer, he has more than 20 years of experience in public- and private-sector work.
Brabbin has been named director of business development and also will serve as a planner, project manager and public relations officer for the firm.
He has more than 10 years experience in administration and marketing.
