Mogavero has been a Realtor for four years. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration.
Allen Arvizu
Allen Arvizu has been hired as vice president of finance and technology and chief financial officer for Clearstar Financial Credit Union.
Arvizu previously was vice president and chief financial officer of Financial 21 Community Credit Union in San Diego and also worked as accounting manager for North County Credit Union in San Diego.

Chris Fairchild has joined the industrial team of Grubb & Ellis|NCG as an associate.
Fairchild previously worked at Industrial Properties of Nevada. Before he began work in commercial real estate brokerage, Fairchild helped establish the real estate resource division of Ticor Title of Northern Nevada.
He earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2001.
Gary Tremaine
Gary Tremaine has joined the Reno office of CB Richard Ellis, where he will specialize in retail leasing and work with Chris Waizmann of the CB Richard Ellis staff.
Tremaine, who has 16 years experience in property sales and leasing, previously worked since 2000 as a commercial sales and leasing agent with Metzker Johnson Group in Reno.

Harrison, who joined CFA in 2005, earned a master's degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Holman, who has worked for CFA for nearly three years, earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
Johnson, who has worked seven years as a civil, environmental and research engineer, joined CFA in 2006. He earned a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering and a master's degree in civil and environmental engineering, both from Utah State University.
