New retail space almost fully leased

The development company isn't yet releasing the name of any tenants but says it's 90 percent leased.

The project is being developed through Shoppers Square Investment Holdings LLC.

The 60,000-square-foot center, set on 5.5 acres, includes spaces ranging from 1,200 to 30,000 square feet and tenants ranging from boutiques to big box stores.

The contractor is Stanley Associates, Inc. of Twin Falls, Idaho and the architect is Herschman Architects of Cleveland, Ohio.

The site was of interest, says Gottlieb, because it's near the major intersection of Plumb Lane and Virginia Street, and because of the existing synergy of Shoppers Square and the promise of new construction at the
