Brian Kernan has been promoted by Q&D Construction to project director overseeing RED Development's Legends of Sparks Marina.
Kernan joined Q&D in 1994 as a project manager.
He began his construction career as an equipment operator and earned certificates in construction management and construction estimating from San Jose State University.
