Karina Johnson has been hired as an account executive by Hometown Health, the insurance division of Renown Health.
Johnson previously was a mortgage planner with Lake Tahoe Mortgage. She has worked 20 years in government as a range conservationist and biology and forest health monitor.
She holds a bachelor's degree in biopsychology.
