Pinnacle Real Estate merges with Chase

Squaw Valley's Pinnacle Real Estate has merged with Chase International of Zephyr Cove.

The office at Squaw Valley will be re-branded with the Chase International name.

The founders of Pinnacle, Jeff Hamilton and Bill Murphy, now are partners in ownership of the Tahoe City, Truckee and Squaw Valley offices of Chase International with Trinkie Watson.

Pinnacle was founded four years ago.

With the merger, Chase International now has eight offices in the Lake Tahoe region and Reno. It also operates an office in London.
