F. Rogers, an insulation and specialty contractor, leased 100,000 square feet in Union Property Capital's 500,000 square foot building at Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.
F. Rogers will use the site for West Coast distribution The company maintains a showroom in Reno to display home improvement services.
F. Rogers, headquartered Livermore, Calif., began as small start-up company in 1986. It has 11 other branches throughout the Western United States and says it's been growing at a rate of 15 to 20 percent per year.
In 2005 F. Rodgers Insulation Residential, Inc. was rolled into the parent company, F. Rodgers Insulation, Inc.
Gordon Zack and Eric Bennett at CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord and Carol Miller at Miller Industrial Properties represented the tenant.
