Kimball Equipment Co. in Sparks plans a 13,000-square-foot regional sales office on Nugget Avenue across from Sparks Marina.
With office, shop, and warehouse space, the facility will consolidate the firm's two Sparks locations, says Cy Yearman, parts manager. The company plans to break ground this month and move in October.
Design is by Don Mackey Architect Ltd., and building by Q&D Construction Inc., with groundwork by Odyssey Engineering Inc. All are Sparks companies.
Founded in 1964, the Kimball Equipment is headquartered in Salt Lake City and has several Western regional offices.
