Kara Bymers and Brian Fitzgerald, employees of the consulting firm PBS&J in Reno, have passed the professional engineer exam and will be eligible to apply for licensing in 2011.
Bymers and Fitzgerald each earned bachelor's degrees in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. Fitzgerald also earned a bachelor's degree in architecture at Kansas State University.
