Timothy A. Callaway has been named president and chief executive officer of Bullion River Gold Corp. of Reno and Rene M. Juchler has been named chairman of the board and chief financial officer.
They succeed Peter Kuhn, who resigned in late April from positions as the company's chairman, president, principal executive officer, principal financial officer and secretary. Kuhn also resigned from the board of the publicly held company.
Callaway is president and chief executive officer of Cherokee Development Corp., a consultant to mining and financial companies. He previously worked as chief executive officer of Sierra Gold Development, a subsdiary of Battle Mountain Gold Corp.
Juchler operates an asset-management company headquartered in Liechtenstein.
