Girl Scouts officers, board

Chris Cox, the owner and chief learning officer of Amplitude LLC, has been elected president and chairman of the board of Girl Scouts of the Sierra Nevada.

Other newly elected officers include Mary Caporale, an investment representative with Edward Jones, first vice president; and Marna Griffin, a Realtor with Dickson Realty, third vice president.

Elected as members of the board were Gina Brooks, executive vice president and account service director for The Glenn Group; Tanna McTee, national sales manager for the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitor's Authority; B.J. North, chief advancement officer for Truckee Meadows Community College; and Lois Paynter, senior director of operations for Saint Mary's Health Plans.
