Miranda Du of Reno, a partner in the law firm of McDonald Carano Wilson LLP, has been appointed to the Nevada Commission on Economic Development by Gov. Jim Gibbons.
She earned bachelor's degrees in economics and history from the University of California, Davis, and her law degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley.
