Joe Flemming, preconstruction director at Q&D Construction, has earned the LEED Accredited Professional designation from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Flemming has been elected second vice president of National American Society
of Professional Estimators. He is the founder and president of the ASPE chapter in Reno.
