Universal Health Realty Income Trust has purchased a 95 percent interest in a limited liability corporation that owns two medical office buildings in
Sparks.
The company based in King of Prussia, Pa., said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it paid $2.3 million for its interest in the company that owns Vista Medical Terrace and The Sparks
Medical Building on the campus of Northern Nevada Medical Center.
The 95 percent interest doesn't include control, the realty trust said.
The realty company is separate from Universal Health Services Inc,, which owns the Sparks hospital.
