Brenda Lee and Michele Dennis, engineers
for the Regional Transportation Commission,
won project of the year awards from the
Nevada Chapter of the American Public Works
Association.
Lee was recognized for projects over $20
million statewide for her work on the U.S. 395
improvements at Clear Acre Lane that included
the McCarran Bridge.Dennis was recognized
in the category of projects between $10 million
and $20 million for the Pyramid Highway
improvements at La Posada and Eagle Canyon
that included two roundabouts.
