Todd Rich has been named executive director of Saint Mary's Primary Care Plus, where he will manage urgent care and primary care clinics.
Rich, who has worked in healthcare and management positions for nearly 20 years, previously worked as director of personnel for the State of Nevada.
He earned a degree in business administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.
