Case Construction Equipment of Racine, Wisc., has acquired the Sparks location of Western Power & Equipment and renamed the dealership "Case Power and Equipment."
The deal was part of the acquisition of eight dealerships in the Pacific region previously owned by Western Power, which is headquartered at Vancouver, Wash. Western Power sold off assets as the slumping construction market hit its sales.
Case said it plans to upgrade facilities at the dealerships.
