Timothy Terry

Timothy Terry, the chief deputy district attorney who has worked as head of the state's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, will retire Nov. 26.

Terry, who has headed the fraud unit for 17 years, will return to private practice. He worked in private practice in Carson City for 10 years before his appointment to the Medicaid team in 1991.
