Michele Basta and Chris Nelson have joined the board of trustees of the Nevada Museum of Art.
Basta, previously director of public relations and development for the libraries at the University of Nevada, Reno, now works as a consultant to nonprofit organizations.
Nelson is the managing principal of Capstone Partners, a Portland, Ore., real estate developer with interests in Reno.
