Roger Snow Aliena Martinez

Roger Snow has joined Miller Heiman as vice president of international development, and Aliena Martinez has joined the Reno-based sales training company as a senior director of product development.

Snow, who has worked 12 years in sales and sales management, previously worked as a consultant to Miller Heiman, which included assisting in the acquisition of its long-time distribution partner, Skills Farm Pty of Sydney, Australia.

Martinez, who has 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and product development, also worked with Miller Heiman in a consulting role before joining the company. She helped develop Miller Heiman's plan to launch two new products by the end of 2008.
