Tina Iftiger has been named director of business development by the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada.
Iftiger previously worked as a financing and acquisitions consultant to land developers and businesses in northern Nevada. She also worked as vice president and general manager of Landmark Communities' master planned communities division in Reno for four years.
She earned a bachelor's degree in planning and development, and a master's degree in urban planning with an emphasis on local economic development, both from the University of Southern California.
